Orders & Returns

  • We accept payment through debit card, credit card (Stripe) and PayPal.

  • Items are shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted.

    Our scheduled shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays, for orders received before 12pm on Sundays and Wednesdays, respectively.

    All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class (1-3 days) or UPS Ground (1-5 days). Courier is selected based on weight.

  • We are happy to offer worldwide shipping to many countries.

    Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees required by their country.

  • While most orders arrive without issue, international shipments may occasionally experience delays.

    If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we'll do our best to help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

    Because shipping timelines and carrier operations are outside of our control, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Requests for refunds or replacements related to lost international shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

    We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're always happy to assist whenever possible.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for redelivery.

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unused items in their original condition.

    To request a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your request.

    Items must be returned in new and unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
